I used to work for OnlyFans – the ‘disturbing’ things I saw scared me out of the adult business and back into the church

She is not a fan.

When Victoria Sinis took a job at an agency recruiting for OnlyFans in August 2022, the 26-year-old hoped to use her background in marketing to help women build their own small businesses.

But the dream job soon turned into a disturbing nightmare.

“I really didn’t have much knowledge of what OnlyFans was,” Victoria Sinis told The Christian Post.

“I really didn’t have much knowledge of what OnlyFans was,” Sinis told The Christian Post.

“I had never seen porn in my life, and even now, for a lot of people, there’s still an enigma about OnlyFans. People think, ‘Oh, you can just sell legs there,’ or, ‘I think it’s liberating,'” she said.

“And so for me, I was like, ‘OK, these girls who were doing OnlyFans came from poor backgrounds and, on the surface, they look like they’re happy. It looks like they’re making good money, so that must be a positive thing,’” she recalls.

Sinis’ job was to recruit women for OnlyFans – finding women who posted provocative photos on social media.

She created a tier system for creators to categorize women according to how scandalous their content was and determine how high their pay would be.

Sinis started working for an OnlyFans agency in August 2022 after a friend suggested she use her background in marketing to help women build their businesses on the site — it quickly became a nightmare. Reuters

Once a creator’s following became too large for them to manage themselves, the agency would step in, hiring people to impersonate women in conversations with subscribers to maintain and increase their profits.

The first level originally started with women posing in their bathing suits. The second level was female nudity and the third level was complete nudity.

But Sinis suggested that the first tier would feature implied nudity — photos that could be banned on other social media sites — to help increase the amount of money women would earn.

However, she claims she began to notice women being pushed to post things beyond their comfort level – with promises of more money.

But what really made Sinis uncomfortable were the specific demands that men would make to play in their sexual relationships.

The requests included asking the girls to write things like “Slut” on their stomachs, post photos of themselves tied up, wear a specific shoe, blow up balloons of a certain size and then they violated

“Some people might say, ‘Oh, it’s just a joke,’ but it’s not,” Sinis said. “Someone paid good money and got sexually aroused by girls who stepped on balloons. And it was so specific that it really bothered me.”

One man even wanted to see a woman hanging from a ledge while another stepped on her toes.

“Soon, video won’t be enough,” she said. “And they’re actually going to want to put somebody in danger or hurt them because now they have to do this fantasy because we’re being fed these sick, twisted demands.”

“When you pull back a little bit and think about the psychology behind it, you’re like, ‘Oh, wow. That’s really twisted.”

Sinis eventually became so uncomfortable with what she was seeing on OnlyFans that she dreaded going to work and returned to her childhood church.

“I work for OnlyFans and I hate myself,” she said introducing herself to the church speaker that day, who happened to work for the anti-sex exploitation group Collective Shout.

A few days later she quit her job, working in a coffee shop cleaning toilets, while evaluating her life’s path.

Sinis later founded Creating Gems, an organization that educates girls to “realize their inner worth, to understand that they were created for so much more than being ‘hot’ or aspiring to be an OnlyFans girl.”
