Extravagant Florida mansion next to Gisele Bündchen’s estate is asking $24 million — and could break an area record

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen’s $9.1 million purchase last year of a 7.5-acre property in Southwest Ranches, Florida’s equestrian hot spot about 30 miles from Miami, now seems predictable.

There, a new construction home has gone on the market for $24 million — and it’s poised to break area records if it sells at, or even close to, that price.

The modern residence, at 17250 SW 52nd Court, is an extravagant 25,609 square feet. It contains seven bedrooms and is spread over 4 acres. Built in 2022 and ready to move in last year, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is bordered by the 172nd Avenue canal.

Its crown jewel is a finished 19,000-square-foot rooftop space for entertainment and art performances.

The apartment’s design includes 187 glass panes and impact-resistant doors framed in silver aluminum. It comes with a motorized aluminum gate, security and an infinity ring road lined with green turf and palms.

Other stylish touches include floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a wine display room that holds up to 264 bottles. Some areas even include double and triple-height ceilings, such as the main entrance, which is more than 25 meters high. There are also two kitchens, home offices, a gym, indoor and outdoor pools — and two detached four-car garages.

Three steel staircases lead to the gym, bedrooms and roof.

Outside, along with the infinity-edge pool and a children’s pool on a 6,722-square-foot tiled deck, are manicured gardens and towering old trees.

The vendor, Javier Muniain, president and CEO of Surfernet Corp., is relocating to Europe.

The listing broker is Kimberly Knausz of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
